Enquiry Statistics Window

Statistics on all incoming inquiries, requests for information, products, services are created and tracked from this window. This is the first step in creating a record on the inbound call or letter, etc.

This module can be interfaced with CTI (Telephony solutions to pull in the telephone number and other relevant data to be stored in CallBase, and/or used to do a lookup on customers' telephone number in the background to pull in their customer profile.

Users can also use the Search button to locate an existing customer and attached the Statistics on this inquiry to their customer file. See the next screen for details.
