Computer Managed Information (CMI) is pleased to announce a merger with Nortak Software Limited. This is a win/win situation for all involved.
Key technologies and services at CMI, in systems integration, customized software development, financial/forecasting systems, project management and call center solutions, will be further strengthened with this merger. Nortak have over 25 years experience in IT consulting, more than 120 employees, and offices in Ottawa, Toronto, the USA and Japan.
For CMI customers it is still business as usual. Now CMI customers have direct access to the additional technical resources and experience offered from Nortak.
There is a natural fit of key technologies that will be combined. Nortak has many years experience with IVR systems and CMI has the CallBase suite of software products for call centers, with features such as Customer Relationship Management, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Control, Receiving and Shipping, Reservations, Course Registrations and Facility Bookings. The combination of these products and services, along with new releases of web enabled versions, further improves Nortak Software’s ability to take on new call center projects and web based e-business solutions.
